Paypal complicit with <removed> fraud

Paypal are allowing <removed> to fraudulently take money from user accounts and refuse to refund it.

I have lost 48.69 to this scam. Has anybody reported this to the police?

I am going to file a criminal complaint, are there any other users been had by this who would like to join me?

6th September. Two transactions with 0nyx 3Commerce or better known as CDk3ys.c0m and another with Kinguin.

No emails of orders, just happened to notice in after logging into PP. £250 all together. Mostly XBox subscriptions.

PayPal won't refund. Best advice is to leave the account with a negative balance and F'em.
