I need help Ive been scammed and despite my numerous times contacting paypal with item not described im getting nowhere...whats the next step from here?
Long story short...ordered 2 items both not as described and one was a duplicate of the other, when it was suppose to be 2 seperate parts.
im now down $40 for nothing and paypal arent doing anything to help al all, any advice?
