hi there, i did not receive item i paid via paypal. Seller never posted item. This shows on ebay account.
I opened ebay dispute and seller sent refund via paypal. But refund was cancelled and paypal email said contact seller! why?
Paypal closed my dispute as i opened dispute with my card company. But my card company closed my dispute as i opened the dispute as a unauthorised fraud transaction. I should have opened it as a item not received. Now im out of pocket by £500! Paypal released the funds to seller even though he did not send item! how can they do this? its against their own policy of holding funds until delivered/sent. What can i do?
