The seller provided tracking number but noting else. I received totallyt different then what I order. I order a wig and they sent a wig that was totally different from what I order. When I tried to email them they reply with only tracking number and different email address. They never answer any of paypal question if they asked any. Paypal never got any information from them other then tracking number. How can I appeal paypal decision. If paypal don't fix this problem I won't be using them anymore.
