I received notification that Paypal won't allow me to use my account anymore because it violated their guidelines. I have no idea why this happened, and I cannot get a hold of a real person when I call. Has this ever happened to anyone before? I have only used paypal for very few transactions and none of them violated any guidelines. I'm so confused.
If you are sure its from paypal and not a spoof then.........
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
