My unemployment checks were deposited to my paypal and i bought a car and sent them the money through my paypal and paypal closed the mans account i bought it from and are holding his money. The put limitations on my account . i turned in what was asked of me to lift the limitations and they closed my account and now are holding my money for 180 days and closed my account. Ive done nothing wrong i need my pua payments . its all i have to live and to pay my bills and take care of my daughter. Someone plz tell me how iu can email or call a real person i need my money. Plz help
