I opened a dispute with a seller and then he blocked me and so I immediately went to open a claim. I think this is why Paypal sided with him, but I was given damaged items. The seller refused a refund, blocked me, and after posting about this I come to find out he has this track record amongst lots of people.
Paypal can't keep letting him get away with ripping people off (I've literally had several people reach out and tell me their issues personally. They seem to have gotten their money back...)
Where can I send emails to provide proof of all of this?
