Asos and Paypal charged me twice, I almost immediately cancelled the order, but neither Asos or Paypal can help you directly, nor can you send them emails (rubbish customer service, you just keep clicking on the websites but nothing is useful)
The second payment came back, the order is cancelled, but the first payment is still deducted on my paypal account. How can I get that amount back?!

If the first transaction is still didn’t go through and still pending in PayPal, it will drop off automatically in 30 days. If it’s Completed, click “Report a problem” within the transaction details. Then click “I have a billing issue”. Then select “Duplicate transaction” and follow the on screen prompts.
