Dear Community,
I made a purchase of $ 10.99 (American Dollars) and Paypal changed € 20.64 (euros) from my bank account.
After many attempts to contact Paypal without return, Paypal did not explain why they charged more than double the amount for my purchase.
Should we trust Paypal's services?
