Hi all

In have problem with Paypal and their service.  My story it started two months ago. I ordered two boots from the internet. They had an options to pay via Paypal. The order happened at 31-10-2020. After few weeks comes my packages from China. The company is pronounced in France. I got a very different boots to what I was meant to get I mean a lot cheaper and worse quality. After I filed a complaint to Paypal Resolution Centre. So the advised to send back the package which cost me even more. Paypal gave me the address where I had to sent the product back. On 17-12-2020 I sent it back with the Royal Mail with a tracking number. With Paypal asking for the courier and tracking number I gave them it. I was checking day by day when the seller will get my package it arrived on 02-01-2021.  Then two days after the REsolution Centre closed my case with no refund. The reason why " The case was closed in the seller's favour as the tracking information you provided was invalid."  At the current time I spent 91.79 dollars to the seller and more 25.10 pounds postal cost. In the past few weeks I spoke to around 50-60 agents at Paypal and I sent multiple emails, photos, documents and proof that I sent back the package. Now I can not reopen on my account the case again theres no option. I continuously send emails and messages and there is no reply. It would be nice to resolve this situation because I see no faith in getting my money back.

APPEAL, and if that does not work did you fund your paypal payment via a credit card? If so try a chargeback?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
