I have created a new paypal 2-4 weeks ago as i lost my old paypal email / password and there was pretty much No way to recovering it so i decided to make a new paypal and asked in message centre to get my back card connected to from another paypal to this and they delayed the procced about a week with saying to call on a number that did not exist. I got frustrated and i told them why are they wasting time by lying and such and a day later my account gets limited and it says "You no longer able to use paypal" with a automated email saying i broke the rules when i did not broke any of the rules and regulation.
So i received money from selling crypto to paypal and bought something online and other than that i have not did nothing on this paypal so please someone else / help why this happens to me or how i could fix it.
