I was try to buy a digital product with a seller,but i do not know he is a scammer .when i sent money to him by using paypal invoice, he did not send anything to me about his product, then he said he wants to wait my money transfer out, I did dispute for this case, then I did unauthorized, then paypal canceled my disputed. I got everything to prove the seller is a scammer, I just want to paypal reopen my disputed
An unauthorised transaction is telling paypal that your paypal account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction.
As Paypal investigated and found that it was authorised then of course they would refuse that dispute.
You should have opened a dispute for non receipt of item.
All i can suggest is that you contact customer services, explain you opened the wrong dispute and see if they will open a second for you, sometimes they do, sometimes they won't.
