Hello, I have a question. I have a charge on here, Paypal, that I did not make. Yes, my bank card is linked here but I did not authorize Microsoft to charge here. But I guess my main question is this: How long does it take to have a charge go through here, so I can, unfortunately, delete my account here. Or instead of deleting my account, maybe there is a 2nd verification I can do? So I guess its a 2 part question. Thank you so much for your help.
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
