PayPal hasn't refunded me the 3000$ unauthorized transaction they let happen. Why allow a transfer of that much money to a prepaid account that isn't even in my name. The claim was in my favor and I have the email to prove they were suppose to refund me the e money. Instead they closed my account and its nearly impossible to get ahold on anyone. This isn't fair.
