So this has really frustrated me, I managed to fix my paypal address to match the address on my bank, I sent the proof of address to Paypal which is my statement of accounts from my bank. I sent the whole pdf, 3 pages of it, and it still says that it’s rejected because I covered a portion..... How? Why? I mean what do I need to do, do I need to zoom in on the pages for them to see my name and address?
