I recently gave my details to paypal only to no longer be able to send money or use my paypal credit account due to creating my account before 18. As silly as this is, I have no other choice to make a new one but was wondering when I pay off my paypal credit if I would be able to close this account and make a new paypal credit account? like reapply for it on a new account?
