Paypal account limited

Hi! My paypal account is limited since May 2019 because I used it while I was underage. I just turned 18, and I would like to know if I can get my account back to normal status. Is there any way I can talk to them on un-limiting my account? Thanks! Joshua

You would never be able to access that account again as it was illegally opened.

You may be able to open a new paypal account however as you are now over 18 BUT you have to ask customer services first.

If you go ahead and just open another without checking then you may get that one limited as well.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
