Hi! I was using my paypal a while back to do some transactions on the website Fiverr and my account on Fiverr got banned for some reason, which ended up in my Paypal account being restricted. I am in need of using my Paypal again and I was wondering if there was any way to resolve this or if there are other options or alternatives (making a new account) that are possible.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
