Hello, I am a student who just arrived in Australia a week ago. I made a paypal account and linked it with the Australian bank account that I opened here. After I received some funds in my paypal wallet, I got this message saying that my account has been limited and I need to provide my proof of identity and address. My identity has been verified but the only documents listed that can be accepted as proof of address are utility bills, council rates and tax assessment notice. Now I am living in a rented house which means that the utility bills are not under my name. Also since I just got here, I don't have any documents like council rates or tax assessment notice. Can I upload any other documents like a bank statement issued by the Australian bank which has my address as a proof of address?
