Hi I just withdrew my funds from paypal to mpesa twice and it was very good experience but later i found that my paypal account has been limited for no reason and i thought that i could a result of the mpesa-paypal transaction.I tried to withdraw again but it did not go through. Paypal says that i will only receive my funds after 180 days meaning that it is permanently closed. I have all the details to proof this account is genuine. Please help me.
