You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Hi @kernowlass , yes i submitted all the information and contact paypal but didn't got any reply but a few days later i randomly got reply and they told me that i had to deal with my 2 disputes before they can complete the review process and today paypal decided both the cases in my favor as we provided all the documents and delivery proof, so i just emailed paypal again so hopefully someone will reply, but i don't want them to forget me as it's been 15 days since we last talked as i was bound by the disputes but no we are done.

is there any other way to contact them ? i mean is there any paypal support person working on this forum ?

Thanks!

The moderators work for paypal BUT they won't get involved in any account specific issues on here.

They will just tell you to 'reach out' to them at customer services.
