I was notified that my Paypal account is going to be permanently limited since my account was found to have potential risk associated with it and that I cannot use PayPal to send or receive money or shop online. What does this mean? FYI I am a depop seller and a couple weeks ago I found that someone had tried to change my debit card & phone number (I changed my password right then). What do I do?
