I got this message: "We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services."
Can I please get any information as to how have I broken the user agreement? I have been purchasing small-ish orders via Paypal for quite some time now like clothes, Steam orders etc. How does all this break user agreement? Like out of nowhere completely locked permanently and can't contact nor resolve this.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
