Paypal account access is temporarily limited

I am a seller on paypal and have received an error that the account access is limited.

It is showing an error message that"

Check your Primary Email for Instructions regarding Additional Required Documentation"

But I havenot received any email from Paypal requesting additional documents.

Also customer support via message center is clueless regarding the same.

I am unable to withdraw money to my bank account as Paypal has put a hold on it. Please help urgently.
