Paypal Verification taking so long

I was prompted to verify my account using the dashboard link, which I complied with then and received an error. After days passed my account could not proceed to any withdrawals without proper notification. So I read the steps and submitted the required documents are proof of my legal identity.  The next day, I received an email that those are still not enough proof which made me question how the compliance team handles cases for a different country. Again, I replied with the other documents that I have. It's been a week now, my issue remained unresolved. I spoke to customer service to guide me on what I need to do, followed everything that was instructed until today I got another response that those are not valid proof. What else do I need to do? Call for legal assistance on this? How do you question someone's legal document as an invalid proof? I wish someone could help me. It is really sad experiencing this and no one is trying to help.

Were the images of the documents taken in the right room lighting/brightness and clear enough so it can be read?
