Paypal UBER charge not showing up on Paypal but charged on credit card

Hi. Can someone from staff or a fellow person help me with this?

Paypal UBER charge not showing up on Paypal transactions (so I can't dispute it) but charged on credit card under Paypal name (PAYPAL *UBER BV) 

Date: November 25th. Amount: $320,20

Hi choyoyoing and welcome, 

If you are seeing charges showing on your card and not on your PayPal account then it may be that just your card is being used. If someone has accessed your card details they may be using it for Uber or other companies. Be sure to call your card issuer and request that your card is cancelled. If you are receiving emails from us that your card is being used for Uber please contact us via the "Help & Contact" link so we can help you further.
