Paypal Sent My Money to a Different Email Than I Indicated
Paypal decided to add a "7" to the email address I indicated as the payment email. The account they sent my money to did not respond to a request for a refund. The only way I could see to dispute it was as fraudulent. Paypal denied that dispute. I thought, if the email did not exist or was not a verified member of the network, they would indicate as much. Instead, they sent it to someone else that is not even verified and refuse to offer any remedy. Apparently, I'm just **bleep** out of $100.
