Is there a way to reopen a closed case, payment retrieved the funds from my account and held them due to an unauthorized payment. I responded and the closed the case in favour of the fraudulent buyer.
It was a steam card which I sold on ebay, got the payment and the buyer requested i email the code.
Is there a direct email available rather than automated system/
