Dear all, I recently so something on ebay and get a fund from PayPal. I went to Post Office, post officer said that there was no air, sea or express delivery to to destination. So after discussed with the buyer, we agrees to refund. I refund to him via PayPal. But how could I get the final value credit ob ebay? Ebay said: you can’t cancel this order right now because there is a Paypal case open for it. What shall I do? Thank you.
