Paypal Prepaid froze my account and will not help me!

For the past 2 days, I've called and e-mailed Paypal Prepaid and have gotten nowhere. Two days ago a representative said my account was abruptly halted because of a security flag. After verifying my purchases, I was told that my account would be accessible withing 24 hours. Two days later, two e-mail inquiries and a second phone call later, and I still cannot access my account. My purchases weren't even over $100.00 nor where they anything out of the ordinary. This is uncalled for. Any security hold is lifted once purchases are verified, this is unreasonable. I need answers because I want access to the money I earned and put in this account.
