Paypal Payment on my Debit Card that I never made?! (31.95£)

I have a pending transaction on my debit statement of 31.95£ to a "PAYPAL *ADMI LTD".

I created my account yesterday thinking I was going to use it for a payment but decided not too, and this morning woke up to find that they are trying to take this amount out of my account?

Any idea what this is? I am a student so naturally, 32£ is a pretty big deal.

go to resolution center of your account ,find the transaction and file Unauthorised transaction
