Me and a buyer have had some funds being held after his payment to me successfully went through. After trying to resolve a dispute my buyer did some of is money back. Now, a transaction of $50 has been refunded back to paypal instead of my buyer's account. Neither of us know what to do. Has anyone had this issue before?
