So story is someone sent me 100 usd and asked for refund and won the case. paypal refunded and my account went -100 usd.
So i tried to pay it as a good guy but transactions failed multiple times. paypal support says you need to receive payment to clear negative balance.
so i offered a person helping hand (for 2 days, 10 hours ) in exchange of 110 usd paypal.
now paypal says your account is limited and cant receive money. its like forever debt i might pay to them.
If they just lift limitation, i can get 110 usd, clear 100 usd payment issue and forever leave it.
Why they ask for photo id? Why would i give photo id when i want to pay and clear debt faster than they want.
It is my mistake i chose paypal as an option but its not allowing to let it go. Just making things complicated.
Why would they not ask for photo id when i received 100 usd but ask now? I havent done anything wrong.
