Paypal Limitation

Hello I Got this email from paypal , but i dont understand what is the problem 

" We received a court order on March 1, 2019, affecting your access to your
PayPal account due to possible infringement of intellectual properties of
Cartier International. Until further notice, your ability to send payments,
receive payments, withdraw funds, or access the funds in your PayPal
account has been limited.

A judgment order may follow and require us to take further actions on the
funds in your PayPal account. If you have any questions about this
infringement action, it is important that you contact the plaintiff's
representative outlined below to respond to this issue "

Are you selling merchandise related to Cartier? Or selling fake Cartier knock off goods? Or using their logo or anything like that? These brand names go looking around for people violating their trademark or copyright so if you are, you are to cease what it is you're doing.

So if you have any questions about this infringement action, it is important that you contact the plaintiff's representative outlined in the message to respond to this issue.

Thanks for your reply but No , i dont sell any thing from this company 

i sell a accessories product on ebay without any vero or treadmark from any company .

That why i That's why I'm surprised by this issue

Ok. So I guess it is a real PayPal email and not fake because people do send fake urgent PayPal emails because your funds are on hold in your PayPal account. 

It is best to  call PayPal customer service to review your account because they can see your account and no one here can:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
