Paypal Is Asking My National ID Card

 i am a student residing in Pakistan for study and basically i belong to Pakistan Country where paypal is not available yet  Now My Account has been limited and i have provided my Bank statement and it is still asking about my ID. As i am Pakistani so i can upload my national id but i fear that if i upload national id paypal might block my account.

Do you have a student visa (passport) of some kind, to study in the US?

It should matter what nationality you are as long as you are in the US and are here legally (ie. student/visitor/employment visa).

I have the same problem I’m in Nigeria and I created PayPal business account PayPal said I use my account in questionable manner so they limited the account and ask for my National ID can I upload them
