Paypal India Merchant Set up

It has been more than a month since we have submitted all KYC documents and seeing the message "

"Thank you for providing all the required information. We'll get back to you within 2-3 business days."

 

To rub salt on our wounds, every week, we receive an email to update our KYC. 

 

There is no customer Service Number to call, no chat line - nothing. Is this how Paypal India works?
