I had a small dispute over the fact that I live in one country but set up PayPal using an account I had in another country. It was simply an error and for 2 years we have been trading through PayPal. However now they have decided they can't let us do that any longer. That's okay, bt we have $20,400 left in the account and can't draw down on it. How can I escalate this?
