1) Signed up for Quibi trial (dummy me .. I know!)
2) Attempted to cancel the day before auto-renewal; Quibi App was **bleep** up making it impossible to Cancel; and, of course, no way to contact an actual human being
3) Messaged Quibi informing them they were NOT authorized to continue subscription or charge for following month
4) Filed a claim with Paypal after Quibi - of course they did! - went ahead & renewed/charged me
5) Incredibly incensed when Paypal closed claim with "charge was not unauthorized"--- WITHOUT EVER CONTACTING ME!!!
6) Had Chat with [so-called] Support, who blithely stated "we'll let you know if there's any change..." ARGGGGH!
7) So, Paypal fans ... caveat emptor! Beware when dealing with EITHER Quibi or with Paypal!
