I was scammed by a paypal guest called Karinanikol, for a sewing machine I paid in full for. I received black surgical mask with the same tracking numbers assigned to my purchase. I was then offered a partial refund of $10 less than I paid. At this point I will accept this. However, when I went to the resolution center and put my case # in, there was none. I keep messaging paypal for help and no help thus far. I guess I have been RIPPED OFF!!
