Hi i recently called paypal to agree to release the funds which i got from selling an item on Ebay, from my account and close it because i was underage (16). This request was accepted by Paypal so i had to send a scanned picture of my passport to confirm that i was underage which was done successfully. Yesterday i had received an email from Paypal saying that my funds are eligible for withdrawal but my funds are still in my pending and won't let me withdraw even though the purchase was made on the 27th of April
What should i do? Or how can i sort this out?
