Here's the story.
My old paypal account was defrauded and paypal rejected my unauthorized dispute claim.
My bank account, email and other accounts were compromised as well so my bank decided to close my account, which in turn closed my paypal account, but paypal sent my old account to a collection agency. I'm not sure what to do or how to get a hold of paypal to submit the police report I filed? Or to try and follow up and get some sort of resolution since I can't access the closed account or get a hold of anyone.
