First of all, I'm 17 and I put my real info into paypal. I understand that if your under 18, they will restrict your account since it's against their policy, but I have seen people under 18 have a account and put real information in without restrictions. Since my account is restricted, I press the resolve it says that if you can have a account under 18, if your parents know about it or something. Anyways, I have emailed Paypal numerous times if they can help me remove the restrictions or close my account and they only replied once and it was no help or irrelevant. Either emailing isn't the best way to contact them or it's basically useless. Maybe Paypal is ignoring me Idk. If you have any suggestions of what I should do then let me know. (Sorry for bad punctuation or whatever as I'm really tired).
