Hello, I have a problem here

On Feb 24, 2021, someone bought my item on ebay and on March 9, the buyer made a Disputes

I have sent what was asked by Paypal to solve this case And Case won by me

And yesterday, Paypal notified that the buyer had filed a chargeback with the credit card issuer Which makes my paypal balance reduced

I have asked paypal support on Twitter but there is no answer yet

what should I do next, please help

Provide proof of delivery. The PayPal decides if your chargeback is eligible for seller protection coverage, if not, then you’re at the mercy of the buyer’s card issuer because they decide the case, not PayPal.

I have contacted the buyer, it looks like he committed credit card theft

And he will return the item to me, if it is true
