On the 29th of December I made 5 claims, I provided as much information as possible against those claims to be able to get refunds targeting the services agreement that I signed to of which stated refunds were allowed within 3 days of making the purchase, when I made these disputes that 3 day grace period was still in tack however by time paypal responded it was no longer within those 3 days, I googled how to appeal paypal and their decisions on closing my cases however it seems I am unable to "appeal" or there is no "appeal" option, so can someone please help. I am in conversation with my bank however the transactions I made using Paypal it would be better I am in contact with Paypal and not my bank account right?

Paypal can't cancel completed payments, that would be between you and the merchant.
Paypal only covers you for item not received OR not as described but not buyer remorse.
