Hello. I'm working on a dispute with Paypal for my eBay purchases that I paid thru credit card (PayPal guest account according to eBay customer service). How long does it take for me to get my refund on this? I can't contact the seller because eBay suspended their account. Additional question, do I need to pay the disputed amount of purchase in my credit card statement even though we're still working on it?
