I am having the same issue with another Chinese firm called Yilan City Hi-tech District Township Cooked Food Management Department.
They advertised and I bought from them a Food Processor and Mixer for $45. All I got from the company was a RING. I raised a complaint with Paypal but so far no joy. They are still investigating they said. Very frustrating.
I am sure if PayPal were to check their database they will find other customers with similar experience and complaints against these Chinese FRAUDSTERS.
