So my account is pretty new set it up with the purpose to make purchases and also start selling on ebay, I sold a item and got the funds after a day or 2 I made a purchase and it was fine then my account got limited so after another 2 days I restored it but now I cannot make any purchases even though I have a available balance I don't have any bank details or credit/debit card details stored on the account but PayPal assured me I don't need them in order to use my account however PayPal cannot tell me why I am unable to purchase anything further more the advisor I spoke to tried to override the purchase and manually do it but with no luck the system wouldn't allow her to do it I'm in a panic as I have won a auction and cannot pay for it so what are my options any help would be appreciated since PayPal support is useless.
