I sold something to someone and they weren't happy with it so I issued a refund ($338 CAD) on a Paypal account which does not have a bank account or credit card attached to it. I was reading online Paypal could send it to collections but besides my home address how would they ever collect this money? I don't agree with the dispute but eBay's buyer protection program is a joke and Paypal is only here to help buyers and collect their fees.
