Paypal has placed a limitation on my account without any justifiable reason so I want to know how I can get my account back. Indeed PayPal has no credible reason whatsoever to limit my account. Please I need your help because that's the only account I depend on.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
