I am new user from bangladesh. as a new user, have no much knowledge about paypal account process. In this case my account gone held up for 180 days for my mistake but i need it resolve quickly.
I hope and thereby you would be kind and consider about this issue and provide me solution.
PayPal is not available in Bangladesh and you can't operate a PayPal account from a different country unless you maintain a residence/live in that country. The account is no longer usable and the limitation won't be lifted because of that. The solution is to use another eWallet available in your country. Or use a credit card to buy.
